Cole manages a team of 5 sales professionals that cover both oilfield (5% of sales) and freight (95% of sales) divisions. Over his six-year tenure, he has had a hand in growing our annual sales from $19 Million (2015) to over $65+ Million (2021) with an asset-based company. Stevens Trucking also owns a freight brokerage company that Cole manages that attains $5M+ in annual sales. Together, they are on track to achieving roughly $70M in sales as a fully private company under Cole's responsibilities in sales, operations, and all aspects of the business from an executive role.
